Aside from it being exactly as advertised, what is truly amazing was the customer service from half a world away. The seller could not have been nicer and a pleasure to deal with. I contacted them because of my hex screws could not reliably turn with the provided hex wrench. Karen asked me to send a photo which I did and she noticed I was missing a part that neded to be iinstalled to fix the seat more securely. It turns out I eventually figured out that I had that part but did not know it and did not know it had not been installed. Nevertheless, she sent a completely new screw set, new hex wrenches, the part I thought was missing and an extra set of arm bands for my "inconvenience." Karen kept in touch with me via several emails and the most impressive thing she did was send this very nice handwritten note apologizing and asking me to let he know if everything was okay. Who does that these days? Karen, that was so kind. I was just blown away with customer service which should really be called customer care.As to the bike itself, this was for my summer beach home as I have a stationary bike at home. This one is as good as the one I have already and for significantly less money. The bike computer works great and provides all of the data I am used to seeing. The bike does not take up a great deal of room and it folds and can be tucked upright into a corner. It is a solid piece of machinery. I am just sorry I don't have a photo handy to post as I am not at that location as I write this. I will try to follow this up and post a picture when I am back there.Karen, thank you.
